Spinach and Zucchini Vegetable Bake

This can be put together ahead of time, unbaked and refrigerated. Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before putting into oven, then proceed with baking directions

Ingredients
Vegetarian ∙ Serves 3-4

Produce
  • 1 dash Or two of garlic powder
  • 1 10 oz package Spinach, frozen
  • 1/2 lb Zucchini

Refrigerated
  • 1 Egg





Baking & spices

  • 1 Salt and pepper

Oils & vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Canola or olive oil


Bread & baked goods
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs, seasoned dry

Dairy
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
